Ballinglen workshops have been described as enlightening, enriching and creative. The Foundation is a vibrant and thriving artist retreat and our workshop participants spend time immersing themselves in the local culture and experiencing art as a truly transformative power. Imagine being guided by an esteemed artist through breath-taking landscapes, drawing inspiration from the rich history and ecology of the periphery of the North Mayo Gaeltacht. Excursions and plein air painting are often included to promote creative thinking and facilitating artistic discovery.
