During Ballinglen's Schools Programme 2019 where pupils from Culleens N.S, Foxford N.S, Corballa N.S, Killala N.S and Scoil Neifinn learned about maps and how they were made (Cartography). Each student got the chance to make their own maps from what was around them and what was in their imaginations by way of etching and printmaking. Students also got the opportunity to meet artists in Residence Gail Grinnell, Julie Bradley and Maria Levinge.
