The Ballinglen Arts Foundation has meant a lot to me as an artist and as a person. The natural world and beauty of the area is what initially attracted me and my family. The artists and staff at the Ballinglen, along with the people of Ballycastle, create a very rich and welcoming community. It is the community as much as the painting that has brought my family and me back so many times. - Jeffrey Reed
